File a Grievance
The CAMB website allows you, the borrower, to file what's called a “Best Practices Inquiry Form” directly from their site. Because CAMB mortgage brokers are required to conduct their business in accordance with the law, and the Ethics Code and Standards of CAMB, they invite anyone to report member brokers who are not abiding by those rules.
After a grievance has been filed and the Best Practices Inquiry Form has been completed, a CAMB member, employee or representative from their Board of Director's Best Practices Committee will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
