The Utah Association of Realtors is a membership organization for licensed Utah realtors. Their website offers a great function called “Find a Realtor” that lets you search through Utah for Salt Lake City realtors.
The Utah Association of Realtors also funds programs like the UAR Housing Opportunity Fund, which was created to help people with critical housing needs. Its goal is to create affordable housing in the state of Utah and demonstrates the commitment of Utah realtors to give back to their community.

Ask your family, friends, and church members for realtor referrals. Don't be afraid to quiz them on realtors they've used in the past and whether they'd recommend their services to you. Getting that kind of honest opinion and recommendation can really help you make a decision.

Start keeping an eye out for real estate signs in your neighborhood. Watch which realtors are selling homes in your area, and keep track of how fast they're selling. A realtor who is able to sell a home quickly may be a much better asset than one with too many homes on their plate.

Keep an eye on the Salt Lake Tribune's real estate listings. Instead of just looking at the houses and properties, take notice of the Salt Lake City realtors are that are doing the listing. While reviewing their listings, look over how they market the home, how they present their ads, word their property listings and even present themselves.
